MANAGE YOUR TIME EFFECTIVELY!
------------------------------------------
STRESSED = DESSERTS (spelt backwards), if you cannot avoid any of it, you DO NOT want too much of it!
------------------------------------------
Effective time management is essential for coping with the pressures of life without experiencing too much stress.
------------------------------------------
If you never have enough time to finish your tasks, enhanced self time management will assist you to regain control of your day.
------------------------------------------
HOW???,
------------------------------------------
FOCUS on the tasks that matter and see the difference. Whether it is in your job or your lifestyle as a whole. Taking ownership of how you manage your time effectively, will help you be more relaxed, focused and in control.
------------------------------------------
TIPS;
------------------------------------------
GOALS; set them and choose your mentors!, not everyone who mentors you with / without your consent is right for you. Incorporating goals in your life will improve your time management;
------------------------------------------
HOW???
------------------------------------------
ASK YOURSELF; Who do you want to be, what are your priorities in life and what do you want to achieve in all aspects of your life?
------------------------------------------
LIST; remembering too many details = information overload. Have a to-do list with specific priorities and timescales.
------------------------------------------
WORK SMART; Effective time management = quality work, not quantity. Spending more time on a task / project does not necessarily mean you will achieve more, therefore, stop being a busy body & FOCUS on achieving results.
------------------------------------------
EXERCISE YOUR BREAK; This is your opportunity to relax and divert your focus elsewhere for 30 mins / 1 hour, when you get back to your work at hand, you will have a rejuvenated overview.
